Outfit Ideas for Christmas Parties!

Christmas day is Near, and it means Parties to attend are everywhere!…Worry what to dress for a Christmas party?
Things to Consider
Before you get left and right Christmas parties you should prepare the best outfit for the said holiday, here are a few things to consider when choosing your party outfit for this year.

Is the Party Formal?
Check first if what kind of party are you attending so you can think of what's best outfit you will prepare, or maybe, there is a dress code.

Choose an Outfit That Will Make You Feel Confident And Comfortable
Outfit should make you feel good and comfortable for you to enjoy the party. Agree?
A dress can be the most incredible designer creation, but if you don’t feel good in it, there’s no point in buying it.

Think about the parts of your body you are happy with and what you want to cover up.
For example, do you feel more confident in a dress with sleeves? Do you want a dress like you have somethihng to hide your tummy? Are you happy to show off your legs, your shoulders or a little bit of your back?

Do You Want to Stand Out?
What kind of impression do you want to create when you walk into the party? Do you want to fit in or stand out so anyone’s head will turn? You can be a head turner,

For example, there are likely to be a lot of little black dresses at any party.
Do you want to wear your own version, or would you like to wear something different in a bright color, or opt for a tuxedo suit, for example?

Christmas Outfits Inspiration

Hopefully that’s got you thinking about what you want to wear.
Now, for some Christmas party outfit inspiration.

Party Dress #1: Red or Pink
Red is a great color for women over 40 and this is a Christmas color agree?. Yes, it is an especially popular option at holiday time, for obvious reasons.

Red is also a trend, as it is this season, you can see lots of color red this season even Christmas decors most are red., it is even easier to find the right piece for the occasion.

Christmas Party Jumpsuits –#2: Jumpsuits

For me personally I love jumpsuits, I feel comfortable wearing it. I know, there’s always the obvious issue with jumpsuits. But, so long as you make sure you can easily unfasten your own jumpsuit without help, you should be fine even when nature calls.

Another option is to choose a little black jumpsuit instead of a little black dress and combine with crisp winter white. Jumpsuits can be equally as glamorous as a long dress

Party Dresses For Women – #3: A Little Black Dress

little black dress really is one of the hardest working items in your closet and should definitely be one of the wardrobe essentials you invest in.
A great little black dress can literally take you anywhere, and the great thing about it is you can change up your accessories year after year to make it look completely different each party season.

Christmas Party Outfit 4: Metallic for men & women

Christmas is often associated with sparkling lights and shiny baubles.
To make sure you don’t look like Christmas tinsel, opt for sophisticated metallic pieces which will not only add some shine to your outfit, but also a touch of class.

Christmas Attire #5: Pastels

Wearing light pastels is an unusual and eye-catching approach to holiday dressing and can be a talking point.
This season, pale pinks and lilacs are particularly in style. Wear with blacks to keep your outfit seasonally appropriate.

6.Accessories to Wear To Your Christmas Party
Don’t Forget to wear like a pair of earrings to women and watch to gentlemen
This little thing can make a big difference. Agree?

Now is a time to be brave with your accessories. If you’re looking for inspiration take a look at the accessory trends this season. You can wear the same dress that you have worn to half a dozen parties and make it look totally different with the accessories you choose.

7.Shoes for Men & Sandals for Women

Just as with your jewelry and accessories, your shoes can make or break an outfit.

This could be time to wear heels, but if you find them uncomfortable, there are plenty of pretty flats to choose from.
Flats with a pointed toe or with decoration will be particularly party-appropriate.

Once you have prepared all theses stuff , then you are All Set for A PARTY!!!

Age is Just a Number

It’s just a number and when it comes to fashion you can dress up what you want but of course you must do it according to place, events, etc… and you can be still fashionable as your grow older.

As we know life, is though, complicated but still, it’s nice to live. Complications in different ways. We don’t know where we are going to end up. As we grow up and age, things change, the way we think, talk, express our feelings, taste and also fashion!. They say that fashion only looks good on you when you are young, and that old age is to let go of fashion and get off the sartorial mode. I don’t agree! Because for me there is no age when it comes to fashion. Age is just a number and Life begins as forty as what they say! 😊

Fashion is for all ages, sex, body type, skin. There are no limits when it comes to fashion.  Just that when you know you have reached a certain age and you cannot exactly dress up in tight pants, untucked shirts, and pointy shoes, it's time for you restyle. Be a grown up but a stylish one.

It is important for you to realize when you have reached that stage of life. Consider having a self-realization. You have now transformed from being a young man to be an adult. At your 40's or 50's you can be still a fashionable one. It’s just you must consider your age. It is, therefore, important for you to dress up for your age but keep the style in mind.

What to wear as you grow older?

It should be a Comfort fit - While you know you cannot rock a tight t-shirt anymore because you now rock a dad bod, therefore consider incorporating comfort fit styles of clothing in your wardrobe.

Suit you up - A suit is timeless. Continue with it. You might want to have the trousers loosened abit. You can pair a suit this to any shirts but also you must consider the colour :)

White shirts- I always agree that white shirt never goes out of fashion. You can wear it almost anywhere in any occasions. At work, at a dinner party, at a social event or even while you hang out with your buddies. A white shirt never goes wrong.

Blazers - Just to add the touch of dapper to your suit. A blazer always compliments men of the certain age.

Tuxedo - Channel your inner James Bond occasionally. Impress your everyone with the sleek formal look that they will not be able to resist.

Cheers! to a brighter and Dapper 40's and 50's.

Tips on how to choose white shirts

No matter the gender, location or culture, there are a few items in common when it comes to clothing. No one will disagree that a simple white shirt takes the top as the number one you must-have in your closet.

The white shirt, with its classic cut and simplicity, is a uniquely versatile item ideal for both men and women. The white shirt's long history of tailoring and connotations of all things luxurious effortlessly enhances the wearer's style. What's more, it is an item of clothing that can easily be dressed up, dressed down and even layered for the colder days. The timelessness and versatility on offer is unquestionably more stylish than any latest fashion trends.

Here are some factors you need to consider when you are planning to buy a white shirt:

1. Fabrics | Of course this is the most important factor the fabric! white shirts are typically available in fabrics like cotton, silk, linen and even mixed blends. It depends on the climate where you live, you should consider the temperature.   Therefore we should be very wise when it comes to choosing fabric.

Some  Type of White Fabrics

2 Fit & cut |. This means that the shirt's fit can easily make or break the overall look. Choosing the right fit for you depends on the occasion and preference but the important thing to remember is that it should feel just right or comfortable. Same rules for suits apply when it comes to choosing white shirt I will recommend Tailored fitted shirts. It is the best specially for formal or work occasions, and the fit should be comfortable that you can freely.

Shades of white. White shirts often come in varying shades of white and while personal preference largely dictates the choice of colours. For, example is that stark whites are for work and creamier whites are for anything meaning any occasions. This is because stark whites stand out against other colours while creamier whites are more complementary and more balanced.

How To Dress To Impress at Work

Dress as if you care, even if it is a casual workplace.

No matter what the dress code may be in your work, always dress as if you care – even if it is a casual workplace. Actually, it matters more if you follow a casual dress code. With the casual dress code, people have become too contented with what they wear to the workplace. Its not just because you can wear casual clothing does not mean you cannot care about the way you look and present yourself. This is just completely wrong.

Dress according for your industry, company, and work environment.

Just think about your industry, your company, and your work environment to figure out how to dress at work. Case in point, individuals who work in finance or law typically dress more traditionally than individuals who work for industries that are more creative. In addition, while you cannot go wrong with a beautifully pressed suit, this might be too extreme for a relaxed industry.

You do not need to peruse your company manual to find out what is appropriate and what is not appropriate to wear in your office. The best suggestion that image consultants give is to take a good look at your office and your supervisors and peers. Is your CEO wearing a formal business suit? Does your manager prefer long skirts and straight-cut slacks? Moreover, although your job position does not need you to meet with clients outside of the office, you are still trying to make a good impression on your boss or other potential future supervisors.

Interestingly enough, even though women have more choices on what to wear in the office, they also have more opportunities to make a mistake. A man cannot seem to draw a misstep when they choose to wear a button down shirt with khakis versus a tie and a shirt with slacks'.

Know your clothes’ purpose.
Use your clothes for what they are meant for. Do not substitute yoga pants for slacks, for example. This has been the case currently, as many people have been wearing tons of stylish active wear from the fashion market. Wear your office attire to the office; your summer outfit for the beach; your formal gown for a wedding; etc.

Keep your look and your attire well primed.
Even if you are dealing with a dress code that is business casual or casual, you and your clothing should always be well groomed. Keep your hair neat and your nails clean. Make sure that your clothes are not wrinkly and that they are pressed well. Dirty, torn, or fraying clothes are inappropriate. Guarantee that all your seams are finished. Clothing that has terms, images, or words that may appear offensive to other people in the company is improper.

We encourage that you wear clothing with your company logo. For the more casual venues, it is generally acceptable to wear fashion brand names, university, or sports team logos, and the like. This is if your company provides “Uniform” if not then… You can dress according to nature of your work.

Know your style.

Speaking of style, make sure you know what your style is or what really you want to express or if you want to showcase your style show it. If you are more traditional and modest, go that route. Do not try to be creative and colourful if you are not comfortable with it. Remember, if you feel comfortable in your style, you tend to be more confident and engaging, agree?
Actually, this is very attractive inside and outside of the workplace. Just take a look at high-powered men and women who have carved a fashion niche for themselves, who have signature styles of their own. Simply watch this video of Michelle Obama’s fashion style:

Avoid showing too much skin.
If you are a woman, avoid showing too much skin (e.g., cleavage). A neckline that is too low takes attention away from where it should really be. It is just too inappropriate and distracting in a business setting. This is actually a hard and fast rule for women in the workplace.

Always present yourself the best way possible.

At the end of the day, always present yourself the best way you possibly can. In the past, people used to put a lot of effort in getting dressed for work – it was already a habit for them. So try to get into that routine and do not just simply wear something at random.
Good intentions are everything, so try to dress well as much as you can, as often as you can. This shows that you respect your employer enough to demonstrate that you want to represent them in a good light all the time.

Understand the importance of fit.

Many people do not know the right fit of their clothes for their bodies – but this is very important. Some have even noted that this is the first rule for buying any kind of clothing.

Many individuals wear clothes that are just too large or improperly tailored. This is a fashion problem that can easily be avoided. We suggest that you buy clothes from department stores or boutiques with tailors situated on site. Alternatively, you can patronize the tailor in your neighborhood. This does not sound very sexy or glamorous, as it hearkens to measurements and numbers, which can be very boring. However, the most exquisite suit will not look good on you when you wear it and it does not fit well.

How will you know if something is a good fit? Well, it should flatter your body and it should draw attention to portions of your body you would like to highlight, like your shoulders, chest, or face. In addition, it should diminish portions of your body that you would rather hide, like a round tummy, for example.

So take some time to know your body and get a tailor for some precise measurements. Learn to reject clothes that do not fit well and cannot be adjusted to your body, even if it is in a style and colour that you like.

Dress Codes

They say first impression lasts, so make sure that you will give your best shots specially when it comes to fashion.

When it comes to get-together and social events it seems like there are a wide variety of dress codes. When you are in an event make sure you wear a comfortable and appropriate or proper attire for the event.

Below are the different types of dress codes for social events.

White Tie . It is usually at royal ceremonies or at a very formal event in the City, where one's decorations/medals of honour should be worn. A white tie and vest with their tuxedos. White tie, also called full evening dress or a dress suit, is the most formal in traditional evening Western dress codes.

Black Tie. Sometimes this is also called "formal attire." This can be worn for dinner parties (public or private event) even to balls and weddings. A black tie, white shirts and vest with their tuxedos is perfect. It is a dress code for social functions specially evening events. But s still the most important is to understand that your attire should definitely be appropriate for any event.

Semi-Formal. For the women this would be a short dress (anything from mid-calf and shorter would be appropriate) that is more elegant than the normal everyday dress along with high heels. Men should wear a dark suit. To dress semi-formal as a guy, wear a fitted suit jacket and dress pants. For daytime events, go with a lighter-toned suit, such as a beige or tan color. However, if you're attending an evening or nighttime event, wear a navy, dark gray, or black suit. Under your suit jacket, don a crisp button-up shirt and tuck it in. It depends also on the event :)

Cocktail Attire. You can wear this attire to a semi-formal event. Men should wear a dark suit and women a short, elegant dress.

Business Outfit - Denim jeans is a no for business casual for either men or women. You can wear a pair of trousers or pants is fine to wear along with t-shirts or some other trendy top.

Casual Outfit- casual is the dress code that emphasizes comfort and personal expression over presentation, formality and conformity. More simply, "casual" can be defined as something relaxed, occasional, not planned, or informal . For me casual wear is the best :)

Bespoke Clothes is Better than Ready Made

Why choose bespoke clothes? Here are the reasons why.
1. You will Get A Perfect Fit (āļ„ุāļ“āļˆāļ°āđ„āļ”้āļĢัāļšāļ‚āļ™āļēāļ”āļ—ี่āļžāļāļ”ี)

Anyone wants to look good right? But you must consider and knows how FIT means everything. Fit is one of the reasons in order you to show off your body in the most pleasing way.

2. Quality Materials (āļœ้āļēāļ—ี่āļĄีāļ„ุāļ“āļ āļēāļž)

I do believe in the “Quality over quantity”. You have to provide the deserving service when you are in this business, you don't think first of the profit but to give the best outcome of your service and product as well. Bespoke clothes is worth the price.

3. You Can show your Personal Style (āļ„ุāļ“āļŠāļēāļĄāļēāļĢāļ–āđāļŠāļ”āļ‡āļŠāđ„āļ•āļĨ์āļŠ่āļ§āļ™āļ•ัāļ§āļ‚āļāļ‡āļ„ุāļ“)

There’s a limit to how much “you” is reflected in ready-to-buy clothes. But custom-made clothing allows you to bring out more individuality. If you are into Bespoke clothes you can express what you feel and let them see who you are 😊

4.A bespoke Clothes Last Longer  (āļŠุāļ”āļ•ัāļ”āđ€āļāļ‡āļāļĒู่āđ„āļ”้āļ™āļēāļ™)

Yes, you read it right, bespoke dresses last longer. In this consumer-driven world of passing goods, all you must do is to be a smart buyer. We always look at the price tag first before we buy things but for me, spending money in a bespoke outfit is worth it.

Having a custom-made clothing is a great long-term investment. Because of the resources used and overall quality – there are fewer problems to face later.

Any problem or issues that may happen over time can be dealt with easily by a skilled tailor. they usually do adjustments 😊

5. There Is Less Time & Effort Wasted (āļĄีāđ€āļ§āļĨāļēāđāļĨāļ°āļ„āļ§āļēāļĄāļžāļĒāļēāļĒāļēāļĄāļ™้āļāļĒāļĨāļ‡)

Unlike clothes shopping, the custom-made route is controllable and upfront. Having your own bespoke dress is very ideal, you don’t need to go to departments stores looking for what’s fit to you, and If you don’t like shopping, it’s torture. Agree? Unlike when working with a tailor – you're pretty much guaranteed to get what you deserve. You will be having an idea also about custom dress, you we're told how long it takes to be finished, you can ask the tailor anything regarding bespoke outfits its more like you’re taking a free piece of advice about fashion for free😊  and then it's just a matter of waiting. You don't have to spend time visiting a store to look around just to see that the clothes you need is not available.

And if you’re working to a company that requires to dress up well – custom made suits might be best. You can have or build your own reputation by wearing custom dress. It will represent you. A custom-made thing wouldn’t just save time and effort – but also your character.
